Post photo of your booth. What elements did you have at your booth?

Summarize your Capstone presentation. How was your overall experience?  What was the hardest part? What was the most fun? Other thoughts?

I had a small version and big version (underneath the table) of my infographic on a music department stand (that I 'stole' from a room in Fannin), my website in the center (that also has my video), a construction hardhat on my left (in the picture), and to the right of the laptop, brochures. I also had candy on top of my folder which had both the budget and essay (just for back-up).

The capstone judge, in particular, kept talking and asking questions for about sixteen minutes (I don't know why, but my friend who's booth was to the right of me timed it on his phone). I mean, I started to speak and talk about what I had on my booth in the middle of the whole senior capstone fair. Overall, it was fun. I mean, the hardest part about it was the few weird questions I was asked. Before and after the judging of my booth, I walked around to other booths, and it was pretty fun.

Identify props and other assets needed for the Capstone Presentation.

You will have the infographic poster, website, PSA and… What other props or visuals have you decided on?  Are you going to do a backdrop or trifold, handout, mini-handout, Smart Phone App, 3D model on your website and/or a physical model?

What other visual aids can be incorporated into your space to enhance your presentation and make you stand out from all the other presenters? What can catch people’s attention so they will want to stop and see what you are talking about?

I mean, if possible, I may incorporate three-panel display board right next to the infographic poster (one on each side of the table). Along with that, I'll also put candy on the table, and five to six color brochures (or black and white) mini-handout. Because my capstone is an awareness campaign, I've got to present a lot of information on different types of media (I wish I could do an app, but my procrastination has gotten the best of me - and plus, I do not have a legitimate phone with me right now anyways). I will try to make the awareness campaign diagrams and brochures as colorful as possible to draw in people's attention to the capstone presentation (on Wednesday for me).
